We have been renting our condo for over 10 years, so you can book with confidence! We offer a ground floor, beachfront, 2bd/2bth, beautifully decorated condo for you to enjoy. We have a huge patio with a panoramic view the Costa Azul beach and the sand is 5 steps from the patio. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee. We have a full kitchen, TV/DVD player, stereo, and brand new air conditioners. Ocean views from almost every angle in the condo. Take in the gorgeous views of the ocean from the master bedroom, as you prepare your meals, or as you relax in the living room. The La Jolla complex is a beautiful, tropically landscaped complex, with 2 pools and 24 security. Free Wi-Fi in condo and by the pool. World famous Zipper's surf spot is a 10 min walk from our patio. You can walk to great restaurants and downtown San Jose is 5 minutes by car. You will find shopping and markets within a very short distance. We are 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We invite you to our 'slice of paradise!

About the Owner

We are native Southern Californians and although we love where we live, we've always dreamed of having a home right on the ocean, and have worked hard to make our dream a reality. Mike works in the health care field and Lori works in the airlines industry. Both careers afford ample flexibility and we enjoy our condo as much as we can. Our hobbies include travel, tennis, surfing, diving, to name a few. We have found a place where we can enjoy all the things we love in surroundings that take our breath away! Mike and Lori purchased this Condo in 2007

Crashing waves and sandy beach!

The location is amazing - walk out the back door, hop two small walls, and you're on the beach. You can hear the crashing of the waves from the bedroom! Great location for small kids - a wall to keep them in, and direct access to the beach on this great ground floor condo. Laundry is not in the condo; it is across the small parking lot in the adjacent building. Free, bring your own soap. You need to sign up for a 3 hour time slot on the signup sheet, there are 3 slots a day. A pack-n-play is in the unit, along with some sand toys, inflatable pool ring floats (for bigger kids, 7+), 2 beach umbrellas, and some beach chairs. Kitchen has an assortment of standard pots/pans, blender, lime squeezer, plenty of glasses, and lots of spices and such. There is no dishwasher. We would come back without hesitation! The heated pool is great for kids; the end near the stairs is maybe 2' deep, easy for a smaller child (4ish) to stand on the bottom. Lots of pool lizards too!
